How to deal with common ink problems 

1. No words can be printed in winter/printing more than ten sheets is clear

reason:

a. After the temperature drops, the ink enters the drum slowly;

b. The machine is not used for a long time, and the gauze is blocked;

Solution:

a. Turn on the heating; or slow down the printing speed, and adjust the printing speed to the first or second gear;

b. Clean the gauze.

 

2. Compatible chip ink can't be pumped (including the ink goes away, the piston doesn't go away)

reason:

a. The piston is loose; b. The filter screen is blocked;

c. The oil pump is not strong enough;

d. During logistics or transportation, the ink is placed upside down and the piston slides down;

Solution:

a. Push the piston (be careful not to use sharp objects);

b. Clean the filter screen;

c. Replace the oil pump;

d. If dozens of sheets are printed on the machine, it cannot be pumped, or the ink is gone, the piston will not move, the piston will stay at the starting position, and the middle will be empty after pushing it. In these two cases, it is recommended to push the piston before going on the machine;

e. Ink not pumping can be controlled within 0.3% under normal circumstances. If it happens occasionally, please provide the batch number and pictures, and it is recommended to do local scrapping. (Refer to return and exchange standards)

 

3. SF/ES smart chip ink can not be exhausted

reason:

a. The cooperation between the ink cartridge and the piston is not good enough, the ink cannot be pumped, and the chip is locked;

b. The ink is not pumped up, the drum is idling, the ink is not used up, and the chip data has been used up;

c. The filter is blocked; (For example: originally, 1ml of ink can be pumped up once, but because the filter is partially blocked, only 0.5ml can be pumped up at a time, so the ink cant be pumped out)

Solution:

a. Replace the chip;

b. If the same machine has a high frequency of endless pumping, it is recommended to remove the filter.

 

4. RV/EV/ES/RZ/EZ machines display codes at the beginning of D04 and P96

Reason: Ink chip failure;

Solution: Replace one ink or the one that reported an error, and replace the chip.

 

5. The SF/ES smart chip reports an error

reason:

a. The chip does not match the machine;

b. The chip is broken;

Solution:

a. Replace an ink;

b. Confirm that the machine model matches the model used.

 

6. The SF machine prompts to enter the date

Reason: Compatible chip is used;

Solution: replace the smart chip. (If you use a compatible chip, please refer to the chip instruction manual)

 

7. Display code H101 on ink machine

Reason: The compatible chip prompts normally. This code is set by the manufacturer to protect the sales of its own consumables, and will not affect the machine and printing;

Solution: Check the operating instructions for the RV/EV/RZ chip.

 

8. The SF/CVII smart chip prompts that the consumables are about to expire, please use or replace them as soon as possible

Reason: Duplicated with the original or originally used data;

Solution:

a. Press the confirm button to continue to use;

b. Replace the chip, or replace another ink.

 

9. RV/ES/SF machines display P04-513 code

Machine: It is more common in SF machines and some ES A3 machines;

reason:

a. SF machine steel mesh density is finer;

b. The ink spreading sticks are not parallel, one side is higher and the other side is lower;

c. One-way gear slipping;

d. Ink plate failure;

e. The original SF ink is different from the original ES ink formula, and the ES formula cannot be used in common;

f. The temperature drops in winter, and the frost resistance of the ink is not good enough; (the original formula is divided into winter and summer formulas)

Solution:

a. Clean up the ink piled inside the roller and stuck to the needle; (with graphic technology operation)

b. Evenly adjust the ink stick gap;

c. Check the one-way gear;

d. Check or replace the ink board;

e. Replace the ink formula. (You can try to use antifreeze ink, but it is still in the testing stage, it is recommended to only try it for the first time)

 

10. Ideal ES/SF machine ink overflow (overflow at the end or both sides of the master paper)

a. The anti-spill sheet or the anti-ink strip is loose; (Check the anti-spill sheet and reattach the anti-spill strip.)

b. The ink volume of the machine is too large; (adjust the ink volume, or lighten the printing density)

c. The pressure roller pressure is too large, or the pressure is uneven;

d. Deformation of the roller bracket;

e. Caused by non-parallel contact between the roller and the pressure roller;

f. The direction of the stencil is reversed, or the stencil is blocked; (for the correct direction of the stencil, refer to the technical document video)

g. Check the ink baffle;

h. The ink has expired and deteriorated; (check the date of the ink, if the date expires, you can squeeze the ink out to check whether it has deteriorated).
